Do you need proof I can access the property?
Yes. Before opening a door you are locked out of, I ask to see your ID (תעודת זהות) and note the details on a short form. It protects you as much as me — a step many locksmiths skip.
Will you damage my door or lock?
We aim to open the door without damage wherever possible. If the only safe route is to drill the lock, we explain that and confirm the cost before starting.
My key broke off in the lock — do I need a new lock?
Usually not. In most cases the broken piece can be extracted and the existing lock keeps working.
